We’re writing to thank you and Hazel for all your help in creating one of the most outstanding vacations we’ve ever experienced. New Zealand is indeed an extraordinary country!

As you can imagine, we did a great deal of research before we selected Venture RV. While we initially had some hesitation about selecting an operator newly entering the marketplace, we are very pleased that we did choose your company. We were delighted with the motorhome: it was in perfect condition, extremely well designed and easy to drive. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we had to pack everything in and away! It was also excellently kitted out including basic food supplies and cleaning materials.

It was very helpful to have the first night’s accommodation at your Air B&B as we could be briefed in the morning and then be on or way. Your thorough explanations of how the camper worked made us feel much more confident. Thank you for being so immediately responsive when we had further questions along the route.

We also appreciated all your itinerary suggestions which catered so well to our interests - they were excellent. We drove over 4,000 kms in just over three weeks and felt that we’d really seen a lot of the country -  taking in its cultural aspects as well as some of the most beautiful national parks and hiking on some outstanding trails.

Lastly, the administrative side was excellently taken care of -- thank you for being prompt and efficient. You left no stone unturned.
